Autonomous AI Agents

An AI agent is a digital worker. It answers the enquiry at 2am, qualifies the lead before your team opens their laptop, books the viewing, chases the quote and writes the summary into your CRM. It works in Arabic and English, on WhatsApp, on your website, on the phone and in your inbox, and it never has an off day.

An AI core connected to chat, search, documents and review channels, held in an open hand.
The problem we solve

What this is

Most businesses do not lose customers because their product is weak. They lose them in the gap between "I am interested" and "someone got back to me". In the UAE that gap is usually a WhatsApp message sent in the evening and answered the next afternoon, by which time the customer has spoken to three competitors.

We close that gap with agents that understand the question, hold a real conversation, look up the answer in your own systems, take the action and hand the human a warm, qualified, summarised conversation instead of a cold notification. Everything an agent cannot or should not decide is escalated to a person, with the full context attached.

Typical result: faster response times and more qualified leads without adding headcount.

Know the difference

Agentic AI vs. AI Agents vs. Autonomous AI

The three terms are sold as if they mean the same thing. They do not, and the difference decides how much you can safely hand over. They sit on one spectrum: a tool that follows your instructions, a system that plans its own steps toward a goal you set, and a system that governs itself.

AI Agents, Agentic AI and Autonomous AI shown side by side along a scale of increasing autonomy.
01

AI Agents

Task-specific, human-guided

You define the task and the steps. The agent carries them out inside your rules and hands anything outside its brief to a person.

  • Does one job well: answering, qualifying, booking, routing
  • You write the rules; it follows them
  • Every exception goes to a human
  • Easiest to test, cheapest to run, safest to deploy
02

Agentic AI

Goal-oriented, plans its own steps

You give the goal and the boundaries. The system breaks it into steps, chooses its tools, looks things up, checks its own work and comes back with an outcome.

  • Plans, retries and changes approach when a step fails
  • Uses several tools and data sources within one task
  • Keeps memory across a conversation, a case or a file
  • Still runs inside limits you set, and reports what it did
03

Autonomous AI

Self-governing, adapts and evolves

The system decides what to work on, acts without being asked and keeps running, adjusting its own behaviour from the results it sees.

  • Starts work on its own triggers, not only on your request
  • Adapts over time as conditions change
  • Needs hard guardrails, monitoring and an off switch
  • Fits narrow, well-measured domains, rarely customer promises

Most businesses need the first two, not the third. We build AI agents for the front line and agentic systems for multi-step work behind it, each with a written boundary, a full audit trail and a person who can take over mid-conversation. Autonomy we add only where the outcome is measurable and reversible, such as energy optimisation or monitoring.

And a word on the sales pitch: a scripted chatbot is often sold as an agent, and a goal-driven agent is often sold as autonomy. Ask which of the three columns a vendor is actually describing, and ask to see the boundary and the audit log.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • Businesses whose enquiries arrive outside working hours, on WhatsApp, and go cold overnight.
  • Teams answering the same twenty questions all day instead of selling or serving.
  • Companies whose customers write in Arabic and whose software only really works in English.
  • Clinics, salons, showrooms and agencies where a booking missed is revenue lost that day.
  • Operations managers drowning in internal questions that are already answered in a document somewhere.

Probably not yet if

  • You need a human to build the relationship on every single deal, and volume is low.
  • Nobody can give the agent correct, current answers to work from.
  • What you actually need is a better form, a faster phone rota or a fixed website.

If one of these is true we will say so in the first call, and tell you what to fix first.

Engagement

How we can work together

01

Pilot

One channel, one use case, four weeks, a fixed fee and a clear pass/fail number agreed before we start.

02

Build

The full agent across the channels you choose, integrated with your systems, with training and handover documentation.

03

Run with us

A monthly service: weekly review of what the agent got wrong, new knowledge added, tuning, reporting and model cost management.

Every engagement starts with a free consultation and a written proposal. Scope, price and the measure of success are agreed before any work begins.

Deliverables

What you get

A trained agent, not a chatbot

Built on your products, prices, policies and tone of voice, so the answers are yours, not generic AI text.

The channels your customers already use

WhatsApp Business, your website, Instagram and Messenger, email, and voice calls with a natural Arabic or English voice.

Qualification that follows your rules

Budget, timeline, location, decision-maker, intent: scored against the criteria your sales team actually uses.

Real integrations

Your CRM, calendar, inventory, property or booking system, payment links and internal databases, read and written in real time.

Human handover with context

Clear escalation rules, a live takeover button for your team, and a written summary of everything said so far.

A dashboard that tells the truth

Conversations, qualified leads, response times, drop-off points, and the exact questions the agent could not answer.

Process

How it works

  1. 01

Week 1 — Map the conversation

We read your real enquiries, listen to real calls and sit with the people who answer them today. We write down the twenty questions that make up most of your inbound, and the decisions a human must keep.

  2. 02

Week 2 — Build and ground it

We build the agent on your knowledge base, connect the systems it needs to read and write, and give it strict boundaries so it never invents a price, a date or a promise.

  3. 03

    Week 3 — Test like a customer

Your team tries to break it, in both languages, with the awkward questions and the angry ones. We fix what breaks and tune the tone until it sounds like your best employee.

  4. 04

Week 4 — Go live, quietly

We start on one channel with a human watching every conversation, then widen as the numbers justify it. You see every transcript from day one.

  5. 05

    Then — Improve weekly

Every week we review what the agent got wrong, add the missing knowledge and retune. An agent that is not reviewed quietly decays; ours do not.

Use cases

Where it fits

  • Real estate: qualify a portal enquiry, answer questions about the tower, send the floor plan and book the viewing in the agent's calendar.
  • Clinics and salons: take bookings on WhatsApp, confirm, remind, and fill the slots that cancellations leave empty.
  • E-commerce and retail: answer "where is my order", recommend the right size or model, and recover abandoned carts in Arabic.
  • Services and contracting: collect the project brief, produce a first estimate range and route the serious enquiries to a human.
  • Internal operations: an agent your staff ask instead of searching the drive, the policy folder or the old WhatsApp group.

What we build it with

  • Large language models from OpenAI, Anthropic and open-weight alternatives
  • WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta messaging APIs
  • Retrieval over your own documents, with citations
  • Voice: natural Arabic and English speech and transcription
  • Workflow engines such as n8n and Make for the back office
  • CRM connectors: HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, Salesforce and custom APIs

What we need from you

  • Someone who can answer questions about how the business really works
  • Access to the systems the agent must read or write
  • Your price list, policies and the answers you already send by hand
  • A WhatsApp Business number, or we help you get one
Accountability

What we measure

We agree the numbers before the work starts and report against them afterwards. These are the measures that usually matter for this service.

  • First-response time, day and night
  • Share of enquiries resolved without a human
  • Qualified leads per week and the cost per qualified lead
  • Bookings made, confirmed and attended
  • Questions the agent could not answer, reviewed every week
  • Customer satisfaction on agent conversations versus human ones
Experience

Mistakes we help you avoid

  1. Launching everywhere at onceOne channel, watched closely, teaches you more in a week than five channels nobody reads.
  2. Letting it guess pricesPrices, stock and availability must be read live from the source, never remembered by the model.
  3. Hiding the humanCustomers forgive a machine that says "let me get a colleague". They do not forgive a loop with no way out.
  4. Setting it and forgetting itAn unreviewed agent decays quietly as your products, prices and policies move on without it.
FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will it sound like a robot?

Not if it is built properly. We train it on how your team actually writes, keep replies short, and let it say "let me get a colleague" instead of bluffing. Most customers do not ask whether they are talking to a person; they ask whether they got an answer.

What stops it from inventing answers?

The agent answers from your documents and systems, not from memory, and it is instructed to escalate anything outside them. Prices, availability and commitments are always read live from the source.

Does it replace my sales team?

It replaces the part of their day spent repeating the same five answers and typing notes. The closing, the negotiation and the relationship stay human, with better-prepared conversations.

Where does the data live?

Wherever your policy requires. We can keep conversation data in a region you choose, limit what is sent to any model, and delete on a schedule you set.
